friendly reception plentiful breakfast peaceful area
the reception was friendly and cute. breakfast was plentiful with a good variety. the surroundings created a peaceful stay. i particularly enjoyed the well tended gardens and conservatory.
i found the room had a slight smell of bleach, it lingered .

The staff greeting was friendly upon arrival, nice.
The room was small. There was nowhere to put all of our clothes. Breakfast included only smoked bacon, which unfortunately made the entire breakfast taste smoked.

cramped room no storage
The location was close to local attractions , which was acceptable.
The room felt cramped , i could not open my suitcase fully. There were also no hooks or shelves available to hang or store my clothes , . Unfortunately , the beds had animal and human hair when I arrived . However , staff did change the bedding upon my request.

unmade bed limited service
the breakfast was acceptable!).
the room was not cleaned during my three-night stay. i only received fresh towels placed on the unmade beds. also, the staff just topped up the milk and toilet roll.

convenient access dog friendly beautiful garden strong smell damaged tray thin curtains
i found the location GREAT for dog owners. i was able to bring my dog to breakfast with me in the garden. the ROOM offered Direct access to outside. this was very convenient.
the shower TRAY was DAMAGED badly. the bleach smell was too strong. i believe the curtains across the patio doors let too much light in.
